Start with asparagi griglia, grilled asparagus with tomatoes, goat cheese and lemony dressing. Menu highlights include tagliatelle verdi al ragu (spinach pasta, veal ragu and fresh basil), and veal scallopine layered with sage and prosciutto. Also popular is mascarpone and ricotta stuffed ravioli with caramelized onions, toasted hazelnuts and sage, in brown butter.
