Fresh seafood flown in daily from all over the world is on offer at Eagan's, and the raw bar is probably the best in the city, so it's no surprise that the place gets packed nearly every single night. Starters include sushi and various chilled shellfish platters, all impeccably fresh. Entrees include seared ahi, foie gras with scallops, Maine lobster, and a couple of terrestrial offerings such as roasted garlic chicken and beer-braised steak. Splurge on the "Chocolate Mess" for dessert! The bar is especially popular with the after-work crowd. Good wine list.
